AI in my workflow

Judgment first

AI is part of how I work every day: it speeds up drafting, prototyping and research. What makes it useful is knowing when to trust it, when to challenge it, and checking that the result holds up in production.

Analysis & specifications: Drafting functional specifications, requirements, tender documents and technical documentation faster, so we spend more time on the decisions that matter.
Work, always reviewed: Everything AI produces — code, specs, drafts — gets read, tested, debugged and owned. AI speeds up the work; I stay responsible for the result.
Documentation & knowledge: Turning proven solutions into reusable integration guides and templates, and keeping documentation and onboarding up to date without it becoming a chore.
Rapid prototyping: Using scripts, AI and prototypes to test solutions fast, validate ideas and de-risk decisions before we build for real.

How I work

Tools come and go. What lasts is the judgment behind them — knowing what to build, what to leave out, and what will still hold up years from now.

These are the commitments I hold every project to, whatever the stack. Security, privacy and performance are built in from the start.

Listening first: I start with the people who do the work every day. They usually know where the real problems are.
Maintainable over clever: I choose architecture you can still understand and change years after launch, even without me.
Decisions you can see: Trade-offs, risks and constraints are written down and raised early, never discovered late.
No lock-in: Open standards, clean APIs, and data and documentation that stay yours. Switching to another team should always be possible.
Own the outcome: Accountable end to end for what actually runs in production, on deadline and on budget — not just what ships.
